   Well, I must say I was greatly impressed with this book. I loved the universe that Cashore created. The monsters, the colorful animals, & the medicinal discoveries. 

   This book is getting a 4 star rating mainly because NO ONE in the ENTIRE book annoyed me. Archer was my favorite character. Fire was perfect & realistic & strong. The love interests were surprising & totally not cliche. Thank God lol. 

Likes: The characters were well developed & they totally contributed to my enjoyment of this book. The imagination & detail made it easy for my mind to visualize everything 😃😁💘

Dislikes: Not long enough 😭
