Scrapbook of An Unfound Songstress

⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received this free copy from the author in exchange for an h honest review.

Synopsis

Scrapbook of An Unfound Songstress is about the Vicky Nolan’s own experience of trying to make it into the music industry as a pop singer.

So Informative

This book isn’t all what you would expect. It’s filled with so many twists and small delights. I enjoyed the Alice and Wonderland references and the whole legal aspect of it.

As a native to Los Angeles who now currently lives in Tennessee, this was a breath of fresh air for me. I know that for a lot of aspiring artists, LA is where people want to be. So many celebrities have gotten their start in LA. We all know this, but none of us know the details. It’s something we hear being thrown around. It was nice to read about it and understand all the hardships that go into making a dream like this into reality.

The Only Dislike

Personally, the writing could’ve used some revision, but such things are expected when you consider the book being the author’s first published piece. I have no problems with following an author and I hardly ever get confused or tangled in the writing, which i did not for this book. But it may be a little hard for other readers to follow along.

Overall I enjoyed this book and I consider it a light fun read.
